I Hop on Taylor road burnt down so I have to go this piece of building. I had so many good memories in the Taylor I Hop but am struggling to make new good memories do to the fact that it takes up to much of my TV time to wait for a seat and to be served. The coffee should be better since this place is meant for breakfast. Hash browns filled me nicely though.

Every time I come here my family has the worst experience. The servers give less than average quality service. It takes 30min+ for them to serve my food ON A SLOW DAY. One server was rude to me. There's rarely a hostess to greet you. We never feel welcomed in. If I could rate 0 stars I would. 👎👎

We were told we had 10 parties in front of us. We waited an hour and a half finally we were seated. The waitress was honest with us luckily and told us it would take another hour to get our food. We ended up leaving. People were complaining left and right about not getting the right food after they waited as well. They were telling people a 25 minute wait that were still waiting over an hour.

Our visit started off not too well. Our server was not very good at providing service. He did bring us our drinks, but that was about it, until this lovely lady saw that we had not been waited on, and she took our order and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. I feel awful for not catching her name, but I totally give her 5 stars! Thank you for your wonderful service, IHOP mystery lady! 👍

Our wait time was very slim. Immediately was seated. A few moments later our waiter came and took our order. Food came at a decent time, but, there's definitely an unclean smell as soon as you walk in, which kinda makes your stomach want to turn around. Tables were sticky, along with the condiment trays and syrups. The staff seemed kinda, out of energy almost. Waiter asked my coffee flavor, and i told her ,and she came back 30secs with the wrong flavor. Other than that. Cleanliness is a big must for a well known business such as IHOP.
